These terms apply to thevisceralfatfix.com and to The Visceral Fat Fix book, workbook and free guide (together, the "materials"), published by Out The Box Innovations. By using the site or the materials, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who may use the materials

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or subscribe to the newsletter. The materials are written for adults and are not suitable for children.

Your licence to use the materials

When you buy or download the materials, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the materials, in whole or in part.
• Share your copy, download link, or account access with anyone else.
• Reproduce the materials in any coaching programme, course, or client-facing service.
• Remove copyright or attribution notices.
• Use the materials, or any part of them, to train a machine-learning or AI model.

Printing a copy for your own personal use is fine.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, though a change will not affect an order already placed.

The Visceral Fat Fix is sold through Amazon. We do not take payment directly through this website, and we never receive or store your card details. Amazon processes the transaction and its terms apply to it.

If you buy the paperback or ebook through Amazon or another retailer, that purchase is governed by that retailer's terms, refund policy and delivery arrangements — not by these terms.

Refunds

Because every purchase is made through Amazon, refunds and returns are handled entirely under Amazon’s returns policy — we cannot issue a refund for an order we did not process, and Amazon will resolve it far faster than we can. Contact Amazon customer service for anything to do with an order, a refund or a delivery.

The 7-Day Quick Start guide and the printable resources on this site are free, so nothing is payable and there is nothing to refund.

If we ever begin selling directly from this website, we will publish a refund policy here before doing so.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have statutory cancellation rights for distance purchases. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right may end once the download begins, where you have agreed to that. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the materials — text, design, graphics, logos, photographs and layout — is owned by Out The Box Innovations or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "The Visceral Fat Fix" and associated branding are our marks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it at a scale that burdens our infrastructure, or using it for anything unlawful.

Third-party links

The site and the materials may link to third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

No warranties

The site and the materials are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the materials will produce any particular result for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the materials. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the materials.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you there.
